The Conference, The Champion, The Confidence!

“Champions Keep Playing Until They Get it Right.” Billie Jean King

We’ve done a lot of talking. Over the years we’ve conversed about confidence, balance, equality and much more. All great topics, but where is the action? We’re not there yet so we’re not stopping. We’re not stopping until we get it right for ourselves, for our sisters, daughters and grand-daughters.

I founded Woman of Power Conference in 2008, it was a 2-hour seminar in a Bellville, Ohio. We did a lot of talking there too but slowly attendees started to shift and evolve. Conferences have a way of either sparking change in your life or wasting your time

I’ve partnered with some amazing thought-leaders that are dedicated to helping spark that change.

“Finally I was able to see that if I had a contribution I wanted to make, I must do it, despite what others said. That I was OK the way I was. That it was all right to be strong.” - Wangari Maathai

The theme is Beyond Enough: Leading with Your Whole Self, (see more at TheWoPC.com). It takes confidence to go beyond enough and sharpen your leadership. You will customize your day through three tracks: Be Worthy, Be Wise, Be Whole. Leadership doesn’t start outside of you, it is within and we’re developing content to support you wherever you are on the journey.

WoPC is an open forum. If you want to grow a business, we’ve got something for entrepreneurs. If you’re working a full-time gig with a side hustle- we have a remedy for your long days and big dreams. Working to take your career to the next phase? Yes, WoPC has a seat reserved for you. See the agenda and start customizing your day to create the experience you want.

“A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go, but ought to be.” - Rosalynn Carter

Whatever you want is within reach, you have to reach for it, reach beyond it. Give yourself permission to reach. Invest in yourself. And whatever you get out of the experience, pay it forward. Take it back to your workplace, business or community, help others thrive. We’re better together.

Register now and I’ll see you April 4th.

Let’s Lead,
