3 Ways to Remember Who You Are During Challenging Times

 

How are you adapting to all of the changes 2020 has unexpectedly shoveled our way? 

For me and so many others it’s obvious, it’s challenging. Some days, damn hard. Others, you can see and feel hope. You can sense change and better days ahead. No matter how your pendulum is swinging today, there is still a lot of information to process. 

Personally, I’ve had some tough days, even when I implement my strategies and walk myself through the steps that keep me whole and bold, still, I lose my footing. But I don’t quit. 

We can’t fold.

I have three three things to help you stay in the game. Some days you might not have the energy or mental capacity to be the superstar and run on all cylinders. That’s ok and completely understandable. But you do need a reminder of Who You Are. You need a gut punch reminder of your strengths and ability to survive even the hardest of days.
