High pressure moments command your attention. You either nail it or you don’t. As risk takers, we have an enormous responsibility to go get it, the opportunities and possibilities that groom us, propel us and scare us. We can never allow the moment to be too big.

When the pressure is on, I have a go-to plan that minimizes interruptions and maximizes pure power. Meal prepping is just one of the things I do when big projects are looming or when I’m working on keynote presentations. Grabbing nutritious food on the go saves me time while giving me a nutritional boost. 

To meet the demand, your daily rituals are an essential part of your ability to perform and produce. While some high pressure moments come unannounced but most are scheduled and they are packed with stress. I have a strategy to help you fire on all cylinders. I call it my Risk Readiness Rituals.
