Dear Bright, Brave Friend,

Happy Easter (if you celebrate it)! This is a great time to reflect on renewal and stay glued to the bright side.

Last month I boarded an airplane for the first time in over a year, landing safely in Dallas, Texas. This was a full circle moment for me, returning to the city where I once reported the news of the day to thousands of viewers. Reflection.

This trip wasn’t about television news at all, but about something much more important (to me anyway): Guiding female leaders in the food industry. I partnered with WFF.org, and presented a speech at their hybrid event. It felt great to be back out there, sharing sparks that encourage leadership! Renewal.

After my presentations, I open the floor for Q&A. One question that is repetitive regardless of the topic or audience is about mood and mindset. People want to know how to stop negative thoughts. I love this question because it clearly demonstrates that folks inspire to think stronger thoughts and discard disempowering messages. I’m with that!

So for you, I carved out time to produce this video as a daily guide. I hope you will watch it and share your thoughts. I have a 1, 2, 3 Positivity Policy that will pave the way to building higher vibrations. It’s simple as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Why

  2. Habits

  3. Bold Questions
