So, there are 47 days left in 2021. There is plenty of time for some intentional reflection. I want to help by sharing a unique vessel that might inspire your contemplation. You game (a nod will do)? Great!

During my 90-day break from social media, I earned plenty of time for quiet and uninterrupted reflection. I decided that I needed reminders for some of life’s big moments. Here’s how you too can carve out a plan of action for the big things coming your way (the really cool stuff and the, well, the hard things). I hope this works for you!

Some Big Moments to Prepare For:

Beginning a new career, Becoming an empty nester, Dealing with /Overcoming an illness, Having a tough conversation with a loved one, Overcoming addiction, Becoming debt-free, Getting married, Getting the promotion, Getting divorced, Welcoming a baby, Losing a loved one, Making your first million, Getting fit & strong…

Six Questions to Ponder For Your Letters:

1. Speak Up. What do I need to say now so that there aren't any regrets?

2. Stay Strong. What are my top three things to ensure my well being during this time?

3. Support System. Who are my top three advisors/friends/mentors that will help me better manage this time?

4. Significance Search. What matters most about this moment?

5. Sacred Souvenirs. What memories do I want to take away from the event/moment?

6. Supervise Self. What can I control, what can’t I control? I must focus on what I can control.

Have a lovely and intentional Thanksgiving,
Raquel
